Class Descriptions
Muay Thai
Traditional Thai boxing is taught by world champion trainers. Learn authentic striking techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, along with clinch work and defensive skills. Classes focus on proper technique, conditioning, and practical application.
Our Muay Thai programme caters to all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Develop confidence, fitness, and effective self-defence skills in a supportive environment
Kids Muay Thai
Our Kids Muay Thai programme is specially designed to introduce children to the art of traditional Muay Thai in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Classes focus on building coordination, fitness, confidence, and discipline through age-appropriate training methods.
Children learn basic Muay Thai techniques while developing important life skills such as respect, focus, and perseverance. Our experienced coaches ensure a positive experience that builds both physical skills and character.
Boxing
Learn proper boxing technique and conditioning from experienced coaches. Our boxing classes focus on developing effective punching techniques, footwork, defensive skills, and ring strategy. Whether you’re training for fitness or competition, you’ll receive expert instruction in a supportive environment.
Classes include technical drills, partner work, conditioning exercises, and optional sparring for those interested in developing their skills further.
Muay Thai HIIT
Get Muay Thai fit without getting hit! This high-intensity interval training class incorporates Muay Thai techniques into a cardio-focused workout. Perfect for those who want the fitness benefits of Muay Thai training in a non-contact format.
Classes involve pad work, bag work, and conditioning exercises that will improve your stamina, strength, and technique while burning maximum kilocalories..
Boxing HIIT
A high-energy boxing-based cardio workout suitable for everyone. This class combines boxing techniques with high-intensity interval training for a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and coordination.
No experience necessary – perfect for beginners looking to improve fitness through boxing-inspired training.
Fighters Training
Specialised training for competitive fighters preparing for amateur or professional competition. These sessions are more intense and focused on developing the specific skills, strategies, and conditioning required for success in the ring. Fighter training includes advanced technical work, targeted conditioning, sparring, and competition preparation under the guidance of our world champion coaches.
